Through exchanges and visual images, workers were raised awareness of vigilance against the increasingly sophisticated tricks of drug criminals.
The method of propaganda is also innovated with a mini-game part that answers quick questions with prizes revolving around the contents that have just been propagated. A large number of union members and workers actively participate, showing concern and seriously absorbing knowledge about drug prevention and control. Interaction activities not only help consolidate knowledge but also create excitement, improve communication effectiveness, contributing to bringing messages about drug prevention and control closer to workers.
The selection of Me Linh commune as the venue for the conference is considered to be of practical significance as this is an area with a large concentration of workers working in Quang Minh, Noi Bai, Bac Thang Long industrial parks and many businesses in the area.
According to Vice Chairman of the City Labor Federation Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy, raising awareness and equipping workers with drug prevention skills not only contributes to protecting each individual and each family but also contributes to building a safe and stable working environment, promoting the sustainable development of businesses. The Hanoi Labor Federation is gradually building the "No Drug Enterprise" model.
Recently, the City launched the first pilot model in Kieu Phu commune with a synchronously invested propaganda system, including specialized communication space, projection screens, electronic documents, QR codes, electronic books and paper documents on laws as well as drug prevention and control skills. The model creates favorable conditions for workers to easily access information, participate in communication activities and thematic activities right at the enterprise.
