Thousands of workers and laborers are disseminated legal knowledge
In August and September 2026, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Trade Union (CĐCATP) coordinated to organize 2 programs "Workers' Day with Law and Security, Order 2026".
According to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Khac Diep - Deputy Head of the Trade Union Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Police, on August 9, the City Police Trade Union organized a festival with the participation of more than 500 workers and laborers. The program has propagated, disseminated, and educated on the law, raising awareness of vigilance and crime prevention skills for union members and laborers at VSIP Industrial Park (An Phu ward, Ho Chi Minh City).
On September 6, the festival was held at Tan Tao Industrial Park (Ho Chi Minh City), with the participation of more than 500 workers and laborers.
Propaganda content focuses on practical issues, close to workers' lives: Special topic "Saying no to drugs"; special topic "Cybersecurity". The content "Traffic safety" is organized in the form of minigames combined with videos and real traffic situations, helping legal knowledge become visual, vivid, easy to remember and easy to apply.
Converting knowledge into practical coping skills
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Khac Diep said that the program to propagate and disseminate laws to workers in Ho Chi Minh City with the theme "Workers' Day with Law and Security and Order" is a practical activity, showing the concern and companionship of the City Police force and trade union organization for the lives, jobs and safety of workers in the area.
One of the most important meanings of the program is to contribute to raising awareness, law compliance awareness and equipping workers with the necessary knowledge and skills to proactively prevent and protect themselves and their families in life.
Through visual, vivid, and close propaganda forms, workers not only have access to legal regulations but also have the opportunity to identify the risks, methods, and tricks of law violations commonly encountered in life," Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Khac Diep said.
In the context of crime and law violations in cyberspace with increasingly sophisticated methods and tricks, propaganda helps workers raise their vigilance against high-tech fraud, not provide personal information and bank accounts to bad actors, know how to verify information before transactions and proactively notify functional agencies when detecting unusual signs.
In addition, propaganda about the harms of drugs, disguised drugs, electronic cigarettes containing drugs, as well as the consequences of gambling and other illegal acts contributes to helping workers have more skills to choose a healthy lifestyle, staying away from social evils.
The effectiveness of propaganda lies not only in conveying legal knowledge but also in the ability to transform knowledge into practical skills. This is an important basis for building a safe and healthy working environment, contributing to maintaining security and order in industrial parks and stabilizing the lives of workers.
