On October 23, the Son La Provincial Federation of Labor informed that the unit had just organized a support donation to build and repair 4 houses for union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a total cost of 180 million VND.
The working group led by Ms. Thai Thi Mai - Chairwoman of the Fund Management Board, Vice Chairwoman in charge of the Son La Provincial Federation of Labor, together with leaders of the Party Committee, People's Committee of Chieng So Commune, Bo Sinh Commune and the Provincial Forest Protection and Development Fund, directly came to present support funds to union members' households.
Of the total support budget of 180 million VND, 3 houses were newly built (worth 50 million VND/house) and 1 house was repaired (worth 30 million VND), from the Son La Union Union Member and Workers Support Fund.
These are 4 of the 40 "Union Shelters" completed and handed over in 2025, demonstrating the spirit of sharing and responsibility of the Union organization in caring for life, helping union members feel secure in working and sticking with the organization.
