In his opening speech, Mr. Ngo The Anh - Chairman of the Trade Union of Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Parks of Thanh Hoa province - said that this year's Workers' Month and Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene has the theme "Vietnamese Workers Pioneer in entering a new era".
During the Workers' Month 2025, Nghi Son Trade Union continues to promote propaganda, encourage union members and workers to study, improve their skills; cultivate courage, innovate working style and demeanor, and improve integration skills.
Organize many patriotic emulation movements among workers, civil servants, and laborers, associated with the replication of typical models such as: Workers' cultural corner; Club for pregnant women and young children; 3V model (For workers - For the trade union organization - For the sustainable development of enterprises)...
In particular, Nghi Son Trade Union continues to focus on caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; visiting and supporting workers in especially difficult circumstances, those who have suffered from serious work-related accidents or occupational diseases.
Along with that, the trade union organization proactively innovates, improves the quality of activities, actively coordinates with employers in reviewing, supplementing and supervising the implementation of internal regulations, processes, and measures to ensure occupational safety and hygiene at enterprises.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Minh Canh - Vice Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor - acknowledged and praised the efforts of Nghi Son Trade Union and enterprises at all levels in caring for and caring for the lives of workers and laborers in recent times.

At the launching ceremony, representatives of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, the Management Board of Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Parks of Thanh Hoa Province, Nghi Son Trade Union and Rollsport Vietnam Shoes Company Limited presented funding to support the construction of a "Union Shelter" for 5 union members with difficult housing circumstances, with a total value of more than 200 million VND; presented 75 gifts worth nearly 80 million VND to workers in especially difficult circumstances.
