Ms. To Thi Bich Chau, former member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central Trade Unions, former Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, retired early from May 1, 2025.

In the afternoon of May 22, in Hanoi, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Fatherland Front (Fatherland Front Committee) of Vietnam held a conference to announce the Decision of the Secretariat on cadre work. Mr. Do Van Chien, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Fatherland Front Committee, Central mass organizations, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee attended and chaired the conference.

Attending were Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Fatherland Front Committee, Central mass organizations, Vice Chairman - General Secretary of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc, Deputy Secretary of the Fatherland Front Committee, Central mass organizations; Mr. Hoang Cong Thuy, Member of Standing Committee of the Fatherland Front Committee, Central mass organizations, Vice Chairman of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Ms. To Thi Bich Chau, former member of the Standing Committee of the Fatherland Front Committee, Central mass organizations, former Vice Chairman of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

At the conference, Ms. Nong Thi Mai Huyen, Head of the Organizing Committee - Officials of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee announced the Secretariat's decision on retirement before the age of officials. Accordingly, Ms. To Thi Bich Chau, Member of the Standing Committee of the Fatherland Front Committee, Central mass organizations, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee retired before the age from 1.5.2025.

Speaking at the Conference, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Fatherland Front Committee, the Central mass organizations and the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman Do Van Chien acknowledged and thanked Ms. To Thi Bich Chau's contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the great national unity career.

According to Chairman Do Van Chien, Ms. To Thi Bich Chau's working process has always been associated with mass mobilization work, going through many different working positions. Overcoming all difficulties, hardships, studying and growing up, Ms. To Thi Bich Chau always completes all tasks excellently.

Chairman Do Van Chien suggested that relevant departments and units of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Agency review and resolve the regime, policies, and rewards for Ms. To Thi Bich Chau after retirement.

On this occasion, Chairman Do Van Chien sent his best wishes to Ms. To Thi Bich Chau and her family to always be healthy, happy and have everything go well; at the same time, he hoped that Ms. To Thi Bich Chau would continue to make contributions to society, the community and the Front work in the locality.

Expressing her honor and emotion at receiving the Secretariat's Decision on early retirement, Ms. To Thi Bich Chau shared that after nearly 32 years of continuous work at 9 agencies, units, organizations in state-owned enterprises and the political system, through many different positions, one of the greatest fortunes is to work at the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels, this is truly her passion and pride.
