Accordingly, from 2021 to present, Cao Bang province has implemented many programs and policies to support job creation, especially for rural workers and ethnic minorities.
The locality has supported the creation of jobs for 43,160 workers, of which 1,076 people work abroad under contracts.
During the period, the whole province recruited and provided vocational training to 30,314 people. Thereby, the rate of trained workers increased from 46.6% in 2021 to 51.2% in 2025; the rate of trained workers also increased from 34.4% to 40%, reaching 100% of the planned target.
Currently, the unemployment rate in urban areas by 2025 is only 3%, lower than the previous period.
The above results come from the province's correct policies in vocational training, job creation, contributing to improving the quality of human resources, reducing unemployment rates and ensuring social security in the area.
