The Dien Khanh District Labor Federation, Khanh Hoa Province was established exactly 50 years ago. Implementing the policy of reorganizing the political system according to the direction of the Party Central Committee, in accordance with the requirements of innovation, the district-level Trade Union will end its activities before July 1.
At the special gratitude ceremony for nearly 200 union officials who have been attached to and built the Dien Khanh District Union for many years, Ms. Huynh Thi Xuan Nhan - Chairwoman of the Dien Son Primary School Union could not help but feel overwhelmed.

21 years of entering the profession have also been the year Ms. Nhan has been attached to the Trade Union, including 2 terms as Chairman of the Trade Union.
According to Ms. Nhan: "Union activities help me learn many things, know how to share, sympathize, know how to work together and especially know how to improve myself to become more mature every day".
With 52 school trade unions, in recent years, the Trade Union organization in Dien Khanh district schools has been active, leaving many impressions in caring for and protecting the practical rights of union members. Programs for union members have been implemented by trade unions at all levels, bringing many practical results, such as the Trade Union Shelter program, union member welfare programs, etc.

Cultural and sports activities launched and organized by the union have attracted a large number of union members to participate. Under the gathering of the Union, union members always promote the spirit of solidarity, constantly compete, study to improve their professional qualifications, and excellently complete their tasks.
"Although the Trade Union organization is no longer in the unit, I and my colleagues still possess the quality of a trade union, still enthusiastically support and contribute to making our unit and collective more united and developed" - Ms. Nhan affirmed.

After 13 years of working with the Trade Union, Mr. Phan Chi Thanh - Vice Chairman in charge of the Dien Khanh District Labor Federation, could not forget the frequent phone calls of the school union chairmen when they first took over.
"There are even crying calls and presenting difficulties and pressures from principals and union members. The teachers who were chairmen at that time were like a white paper, still ignoring the union work. Fear of becoming a union because they do not know much about the union and the pressure from union members, for example, being called up when they are sick before they can even speak up...
My colleagues and the District Labor Federation promptly went down to directly inspect and attend the conference of officials and civil servants, working with the Principal to create favorable conditions for union officials to operate.
At the same time, timely guidance on unknown issues about the Trade Union as well as trade union finances. Previously, the District Labor Federation received petitions continuously, but now there are almost no more and the School Union has become the locomotive of movements.
Putting aside the role of grassroots union leaders yesterday, today, every teacher, teacher, and employee in units without unions will continue to promote their mettle, still keeping the spirit of union officials trained over the years - Mr. Thanh shared.
