On August 22, Mr. Vu Quang Thanh - Deputy Director of the Hanoi Employment Service Center said that, implementing Plan No. 4546/KH-SNV dated August 8, 2025 of the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs on job creation for cadres, civil servants, public employees, contract workers and part-time workers who quit their jobs due to organizational restructuring in administrative units at all levels of Hanoi, the Hanoi Employment Service Center has issued Plan No. 2219/KH-TTDVL on job creation for cadres, civil servants, public employees, contract workers and part-time workers who quit their jobs due to organizational restructuring in administrative units at all levels of the city.
To ensure the implementation of assigned tasks, the Hanoi Employment Service Center recommends that the People's Committees of communes and wards coordinate to implement the following contents:
Assign a specialized department to closely coordinate with the Hanoi Employment Service Center to disseminate and guide the force to collect recruitment information of businesses and the need to find jobs for workers who quit their jobs due to the arrangement of the state administrative apparatus. Sending the results of the work of collecting information on recruitment needs and job search needs of workers to the Hanoi Employment Service Center for synthesis, reporting to the Department's leaders and to orient, advise, and introduce jobs to workers with recruitment needs of enterprises.
During the implementation process, there were problems and difficulties, the Hanoi Employment Service Center assigned the Labor Market Analysis and Forecasting Department (Comrade Nguyen Vinh Truong - Head of Department; Director: 0908851968) as a coordinating unit to promptly guide and support.
