An Giang - 2 police officers quickly went to the hospital to check, test and directly donate blood.

At about 5:30 p.m. on August 12, the Inspection Committee (IC) of the An Giang Provincial Police Party Committee received information from Kien Giang General Hospital about a patient in critical condition and needing urgent infusion of blood type A. Immediately, the leaders of the Provincial Police Department launched and mobilized unit officers with appropriate blood types to voluntarily donate blood to save lives.

After 5 minutes of launching, Lieutenant Colonel Bui Duc Trung and Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Huynh Duc, both with blood type matching the patient, registered with the leaders. The two comrades quickly arrived at Kien Giang General Hospital to complete the procedures for examination, testing and directly donating blood.

The work of the staff of the Provincial Police Department is a vivid testament to the spirit of "Serving the people" of the People's Police force, contributing to spreading the noble gesture "A drop of blood given - A life left behind".
