Uncle Ho always cares about training union officials
During his lifetime, Uncle Ho had a lot of love for the working class and trade union. Uncle is the person who laid the foundation for the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union organization. He soon aware and affirmed the historical mission, the great role of the Vietnamese working class and the union organization in the struggle for independence and freedom for the nation, as well as in building and defending the Fatherland.
Associate Professor, Dr. Duong Van Sao said that Mr. Ho not only mentioned the theory of workers and trade unions but also focused on practical surveys. Go to the mines, visit and inspect factories, workshops, steel industries, railway factories, workers in fields, forestry... Whereververver, Uncle Ho also warns workers about labor discipline, the spirit of mastery, labor productivity, product quality, practicing thrift, fighting embezzlement, waste, and bureaucracy.
In particular, he always urges to build the Party, build the Trade Union, take care of the material and spiritual lives of workers, strengthen management and nurture typical examples in the emulation movement.
In all his visits, Uncle Ho affirmed that the working class is the key force in building socialism. He always reminds the working class to pay attention to propaganda and raising political awareness. He also emphasized the need to comprehensively innovate political education training, focus on amending laws to protect the legitimate rights of workers; and further promote the role of the Trade Union organization.
With affection and interest in the cause of training and fostering Trade Union cadres, Uncle Ho has visited the Trade Union University - the cradle of training Vietnam Trade Union cadres - 5 times. That was in 1957 (January and December); 1958; 1959 and 1962.
The teachings of Uncle Ho during his 5 visits have become a guideline and orientation for the school in training generations of cadres for trade union organizations at all levels. Creating conditions for workers to study and improve their qualifications
