Businesses also focus on building additional welfare regimes such as: productivity bonus, milk money, separate allowances for women, child custody allowances, industry allowances, free night meals, shuttle buses from the center of Ho Chi Minh City, providing free accommodation for workers far away... with the goal of improving the working environment and improving the lives of workers...
According to New Apparel Far Eastern Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Dong Nai), the enterprise also recruits unskilled workers. When workers come to work, they will be trained by the company and paid. The company has a salary and bonus regime, and fully pays social insurance. The company supports the cost of preparing dossiers and health checks at 120,000 VND, supports performance money for the first 3 months at 1.2 million VND/month and supports transportation for workers far away. Working for 4 months will be rewarded with 1.5 million VND/person.
CPV Food Co., Ltd. also launched a policy to support medical examination and treatment costs up to 20 million VND/year to attract labor. The company also supports transportation, travel expenses and has free dormitories for workers.
