These days, many businesses in industrial parks and clusters in Ninh Binh province have posted announcements of recruiting workers in large quantities, some businesses even offer bonuses to workers working at the company who can introduce new employees.
At ADORA Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. (in Tam Diep Industrial Park, Ninh Binh), there is currently a need to recruit about 1,000 unskilled workers with a salary of 7-15 million VND/month.
Ms. Dinh Thi Thanh Tam - Chairwoman of the Company's Trade Union said that at the end of the year, the Company had to take a break to complete the signed orders. In addition, the Company has also signed a number of new orders, so it needs to recruit about 1,000 more workers to meet production needs.
In addition to attractive salaries, the Company also offers other benefits to attract employees. However, recruitment is facing many difficulties, due to the low number of applications.
"We announced recruitment with many preferential policies such as gasoline support, accommodation, shift meals... but for more than a month now, we have only recruited 60 people" - Ms. Tam shared.

Similarly, at MCNEX ViNa Co., Ltd. (in Phuc Son Industrial Park, Ninh Binh) - a company specializing in the production and export of electronic components with 100% foreign capital, currently in need of recruiting about 600 more workers.
Ms. Doan Thi Thu Giang - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of MCNEX ViNa Company Limited said that in order to recruit workers, especially female workers, the Company has suspended bonuses for workers working at the Company if they introduce a female worker to work, they will be rewarded with 1.5 million VND/project.
"The additional recruitment of workers is partly because the Company has signed new orders. In addition, at the end of the year, the Company is also sprinting to complete the signed orders for the year" - Ms. Giang said.
Mr. La Thanh Tung - Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Employment Service Center said that the last months of the year are always the busiest time for the labor market, because many businesses have signed new orders and are sprinting to complete the orders signed during the year. Many businesses have to massively recruit more workers to meet the production needs of the unit.
"Currently, businesses in the province have registered to recruit nearly 20,000 workers, mainly unskilled workers in the garment and electronics industries... However, recruitment is facing many difficulties due to the low number of applications. There are businesses that have been recruiting workers for months without any workers" - Mr. Tung said.
To meet the recruitment needs of businesses and at the same time create job opportunities for workers, the Ninh Binh Provincial Employment Service Center is implementing many solutions, grasping labor market information and developing a plan for monthly job fairs and key fairs to submit to competent authorities for approval. At the same time, proactively search for and exploit the labor market, mainly localities with industrial parks that can attract many workers. Expand relations with organizations, enterprises, centers, coordinate recruitment and introduction, and labor supply for units inside and outside the province.
Collecting recruitment information, job positions at businesses and workers who want to find jobs in the province to connect labor supply and demand.
Combined with temporary labor export abroad to exploit and learn about job seekers. Strengthen propaganda and regularly consult and introduce jobs to workers whose unemployment insurance benefits have ended from the last 6 months of 2025 to help workers have jobs with better and more stable income.
Continue to organize monthly job fairs, online fairs and do a good job of receiving and handling unemployment insurance policies for employees, ensuring compliance with regulations.
