According to Director of Cua Coal Selection Company Ong Nguyen Anh Chuong, typical advanced collectives and individuals are role models that contribute to spreading the patriotic emulation movement. They are an important core to help Cua Ong successfully complete its production and business tasks, thereby continuing to affirm its role and position as the main coal selection and consumption unit of the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group.
Imbued with President Ho Chi Minh's teachings "racing is patriotism, patriotism must compete, those who compete are the most patriotic", in recent years, officers and workers of Cua Ong Coal Selection Company have actively and enthusiastically participated in patriotic emulation movements.
Regarding outstanding achievements in production and business in the period of 2020 - 2024, Cua Ong shows through figures such as: coal purchased for mining reached 63.23 million tons (equal to 125.26% compared to the period of 2015 - 2019); coal produced reached 54.93 million tons, equal to 122.77%; consumption of 57.83 million tons and total revenue of 107.098 billion VND; creating stable jobs for thousands of workers with annual salary increases...
In the first 6 months of 2025 alone, Cua Ong Coal Team has completed 54 - 55% of the annual plan; of which coal for mine purchases is over 7.5 million tons; coal consumption is over 7 million tons. In the last 6 months of 2025, Cua Ong Coal Selection Company strives to consume over 6.4 million tons of coal, with a target for the whole year of 2025 growth of over 8%.
