At the same time, coordinate with relevant agencies to successfully resolve 247 petitions and complaints from employees related to labor regimes, policies, wages, and severance pay; organize 26 legal dissemination sessions in many appropriate forms.
Thereby contributing to raising awareness and sense of labor discipline, as well as equipping union members and workers with legal knowledge to be able to protect their legitimate and legal rights and interests.
In addition to direct consultation, through documents and electronic messages, since 2019, implementing the direction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on "Improving the effectiveness of online legal consultation activities for union members and workers", the Provincial Federation of Labor has developed a consultation model through the Federation's electronic information page, through social networking applications such as the Quang Ngai Trade Union Fanpage, Zalo...
This legal consulting model has promptly met the legal consulting needs of union members and workers anytime, anywhere, without limiting geographical distance.
Not only providing legal advice to union members and workers, the Provincial Trade Union Legal Consulting Office is also ready to provide legal support, accompanying workers to protect their legitimate rights and interests when related to litigation activities.
For cases where workers need assistance in court, the office will assign officers to participate in the litigation as defendants' legal rights and interests according to the law. This activity further strengthens the trust of workers in the Trade Union organization.
