The grassroots trade union (CDCS) of Can Tho City Oncology Hospital organized the 2026 Civil Servants and Employees Conference on the afternoon of January 21. The conference aims to evaluate the operating results in 2025, promote the right to mastery of civil servants and employees and unify directions and tasks in 2026.
Through a summary video, the conference listened to a report on the outstanding results in caring for life, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of civil servants and employees in the past year.

Mr. Ho Long Hien - Deputy Director of the Hospital launched the 2026 emulation movement, calling on all officials and employees to promote the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, creativity, and successfully complete professional tasks and movements launched by the Trade Union. The conference devoted time to summarizing opinions of Trade Union groups, discussing and contributing opinions to improve solutions to effectively implement tasks in the coming time.
Grassroots Trade Union Chairman Le Tien Manh respectfully thanked the close attention and direction of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the hospital; the close coordination of departments and rooms. In the past year, although there were still many difficulties and challenges, especially in professional work and working conditions, but with the solidarity and efforts of the collective of officials, employees, and workers, the hospital has successfully completed the assigned tasks.
In the coming time, the grassroots trade union hopes to continue to receive the attention and direction of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors; the close coordination of departments and divisions and the consensus and positive response of all trade union members to jointly successfully complete the set goals and tasks.
The important content of the conference is the signing of regulations on working relations between grassroots trade unions and the government, showing close coordination and consensus in management, administration and care for the lives of civil servants and employees.
Mr. Vo Van Kha - Director of Can Tho City Oncology Hospital - emphasized that in the context of the health sector still facing many difficulties and increasing work pressure, the hospital is still gradually stabilizing its organization, improving professional quality, focusing on quality management, patient safety and improving working conditions. The achieved results are the result of solidarity and unity between the Party Committee, government, Trade Union and all officials and employees.

He believes that, with the consensus and determination of all officials, employees, and workers, Can Tho City Oncology Hospital will continue to develop stably and sustainably and excellently complete the assigned tasks.
The Conference approved the Resolution of the Conference of Civil Servants and Employees in 2026, as a basis for implementation throughout the Hospital, with a spirit of democracy, responsibility and high unity.
