20:05: The Ceremony to honor Outstanding Enterprises for Workers 2025 officially begins. The program opened with the song "The National Heroic Song" performed by singer Trong Tan, the young Hanoi singing and dancing group.

The "Outstanding Enterprise for Workers" Award is a prestigious socio-political event chaired by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, in coordination with the State Management Agency of Labor (now the Ministry of Home Affairs) and the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), assigned to Lao Dong Newspaper to organize continuously from 2014 to present.
The program ranks and honors enterprises that have made continuous efforts to improve the working environment, care for the interests and improve the lives of workers, build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations, towards sustainable development in the process of integration and development. The program includes an annual Ranking and an Award, held every 5 years.
Over 11 years of organization, the Program has ranked 578 enterprises, awarded Certificates of Merit from the Program's organizing agencies to 236 enterprises, 20 enterprises received Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister. These are enterprises that always consider employees as their most valuable capital, have good, creative ways of doing things, and are constantly for employees.
In 2025, the Program Regulations will have changes, strongly focusing on private enterprises, enterprises focusing on innovation in the spirit of Resolution 57 on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation and Resolution 68 on private economic development.
184 enterprises have been introduced and registered to participate in the "Outstanding Enterprises for Workers" award, the Organizing Committee has scored, evaluated, and agreed to select and honor the 28 most outstanding enterprises that have made many contributions to improving the working environment, caring for workers' lives, and increasing welfare for workers...
The 2025 "Outstanding Enterprise for Workers" Award is even more meaningful as it is an event in a series of activities of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day on September 2.
