Established in 1993, MobiFone is currently a 100% state-owned enterprise, operating in many fields from telecommunications, information technology, cyber security to commercial services. As of mid-2025, the enterprise has nearly 4,600 employees, the rate of employees participating in social insurance is 100% and there have been absolutely no labor disputes or fire incidents in the past 3 years.
MobiFone maintains a good treatment regime with more bonuses, allowances and benefits than general regulations, such as total maternity allowance equal to 80% of the accompanying monthly salary, accumulated 3 years of leave, gifts and bonuses for major holidays, annual vacation worth 10 million VND/person. Employees are also entitled to voluntary health insurance and preferential packages for relatives, periodic health check-ups, and support when they are sick, have an accident or have sudden difficulties.
The enterprise also invests in a modern centralized kitchen system, ensuring food safety and hygiene, organizing cultural and sports activities such as sports festivals, fairs, creative competitions, etc., creating a cohesive and motivated working atmosphere.
Safe and modern working environment
Labor safety and hygiene (OSH) work has been seriously implemented by MobiFone, from issuing internal regulations, periodic training, fully equipping protective equipment, to monitoring the working environment. The fire prevention and fighting system is inspected and practiced regularly. In particular, the comprehensive health insurance program for all employees, guaranteed at 217 medical examination and treatment facilities nationwide, helps reduce the financial burden when examining and treating patients.
MobiFone fully implements grassroots democracy regulations, organizes annual dialogues and conferences for employees, and creates conditions for employees to contribute comments on regulations and Collective Labor Agreements. The trade union coordinated with the professional sector to launch emulation movements "Each employee has an initiative", "MobiFone people effectively manage"... In the first 6 months of 2025, 621 corporate-level initiatives, many solutions were effectively applied in production and business.
From 2021, MobiFone will promote internal digital transformation with the Smart Office system, invoices and electronic contracts, AI virtual assistants... helping to increase labor productivity by 20%. The company also develops a digital service ecosystem in the fields of Cloud, IoT, AI, cybersecurity, education, agriculture, smart tourism... to meet the digital transformation needs of organizations and businesses.
Digital infrastructure is strongly invested with the goal of 5G coverage of up to 95% of the population by 2030, optical conversion rate of 98%, achieving ANSI/TIA-942 Rated international certification level 3 design for Data Center, contributing to the national digital transformation strategy.
In addition to business activities, MobiFone has always actively participated in social security programs, disaster relief, support union members and people in disadvantaged areas. In 2024, the company mobilized and supported more than 1.8 billion VND for people affected by storm No. 3 and floods, donating more than 50 billion VND to customers affected by floods.
Thanks to outstanding achievements in caring for the lives and protecting the rights of workers, MobiFone has been awarded the Emulation Flag and Certificate of Merit by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Vietnam Information and Communications Trade Union many times.
