The average income of direct workers from 2024 to present is about 14.2 million VND/person/month.
The company always focuses on developing human resources, implementing well the welfare regimes and policies for employees according to regulations. Mr. Ta Van An - Chairman of the company's Trade Union said that in addition to the prescribed welfare regimes, the company also has separate regimes for employees, such as: Providing 1 main meal/day and 1 side meal if overtime for 3 hours. The sauce is balanced with nutrients, the dishes change every day and are diverse and abundant. Fresh food and input materials are strictly inspected and processed according to occupational safety and hygiene procedures. Especially on the monthly salary payment day, there will be a special meal worth 2 times the regular meal.
In addition, on hot weather days, workers are provided with additional nutritional drinking water at each meal, to ensure the health and improve the working spirit of workers; female workers during pregnancy are given an additional nutritional allowance for the main meal every day, which is 1 box of yogurt or fresh milk. When pregnant from the 32nd week onwards, they are given 1 hour off per day but receive full salary... In addition to Saturday and Sunday off, the company also takes spiritual care such as organizing a yearly Trade Union Festival with 2 days off to have fun, the company still pays salaries.
Due to good welfare policies, many workers have been attached to work for a long time, of which seniority over 10 years: 30%; from 5-10 years: 49%; from 3-5 years: 11%; from 1-3 years is: 10%.
