On June 25, the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor held a conference to announce decisions on organizational structure and personnel work.
At the conference, the decision to dissolve and end the activities of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Inspection Committee of the Labor Federations of 8 districts, towns and cities, the Civil Servants' Union, the Education Trade Union, the Health Trade Union, the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of Vinh Long province and the Trade Union of Pham Hung Political School was announced.
The Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor also presented decisions on the transfer of civil servants of the Trade Unions at the grassroots level and public service units to work at the Provincial Federation of Labor. The decisions take effect from July 1, 2025.
Up to now, the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor has directly managed 231 grassroots unions with more than 72,000 union members.
