The Command of Coast Guard Region 3 (HCMC) organized a rally to respond to the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health (ATVSLĐ) and Workers' Month 2026 with the theme "Innovating management and improving the effectiveness of occupational safety and health in the digital age".
In the past time, the Party Committee and the Command of Coast Guard Region 3 have thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the directive of the Minister of National Defense on labor protection, labor safety and occupational hygiene in the army.
The content of OSH is included in the leadership resolutions of all levels; along with the implementation plan is built closely and closely to the characteristics and tasks of each agency and unit.
Occupational safety and health propaganda, education, and training are regularly maintained in a regular manner with many appropriate forms. 100% of officers and soldiers are disseminated and thoroughly grasped the regulations on Occupational safety and health. The tasks of training, firing live ammunition, transporting weapons, and technical equipment are all guaranteed to be absolutely safe, without labor accidents occurring.
In addition, occupational safety and health work is closely linked to the "Determined to Win" emulation movement, the 50th movement and building a regular technical order at agencies and units.
According to the Coast Guard Region 3 Command, in the coming time, the unit will continue to thoroughly grasp directives and regulations on OSH work; improve the responsibility of Party committees and commanders at all levels; promote propaganda and training close to reality; strengthen inspections in areas with potential safety risks; take care of soldiers' health, ensure a safe and effective working environment, contributing to successfully completing all assigned tasks.
Through this activity, it also aims to raise awareness and responsibility of officers and soldiers towards OSH work; promote the role of Party committees and commanders at all levels in leading and directing the construction of a safe, regular, and effective working environment, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
