The launching ceremony was attended by leaders of the Yen Bai Provincial Federation of Labor, leaders of the Yen Bai City Party Committee and a large number of workers and laborers in the city.
The event took place in an exciting competitive atmosphere for all workers, civil servants, and laborers towards the country's major holidays and especially the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Yen Bai City Party Committee.

Promoting the theme "Workers' Month associated with the Month of Action on occupational safety and hygiene" in 2025, the Yen Bai City Labor Federation has implemented many practical activities towards workers such as: Funding support for union members and workers who suffered property damage and had their homes completely collapsed due to the impact of storm No. 3; giving gifts to union members in difficult circumstances; organizing a warm and affectionate "Union Meal" program; promoting traffic safety, combining motorbike maintenance and free oil changes for workers.
In particular, the city's trade union organization has called on each grassroots trade union to carry out at least one specific and practical work for workers, thereby creating motivation, spreading the spirit of solidarity, innovation, creativity, promoting emulation in production labor, building harmonious and sustainable labor relations and improving workers' lives.

Speaking at the ceremony, the leaders of the Yen Bai City Labor Federation shared: In order for the Workers' Month and the Month of Action on Labor Safety and Hygiene to truly go into depth and bring practical results, the Executive Committees of grassroots trade unions need to proactively advise the Party Committee, authorities, and employers in organizing activities that are close to reality and effective, towards union members and workers...
At the Rally, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Yen Bai Provincial Federation of Labor awarded certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in trade union activities in 2024.
At the same time, gifts were presented to support union members' families affected by storm No. 3 and disadvantaged cases in the city.
