Previously, social networks spread the image that was said to be an internal salary table for workers, showing that each person was "intermittently" deducted nearly 3 million VND from the April salary, to " sharing the loss" of 350 million VND of the company.
According to the content of the internal exchange, 117 workers were divided equally the losses, each person more than 2.9 million VND, the company supported 80%, the rest was deducted from their salary.
Ms. N.T.T. a worker who has quit his job reflected: I work 17 days in April, with overtime on Sundays. On the same afternoon, some workers went to the company headquarters in Thanh Thinh commune (Thanh Chuong district) to request clarification and a refund of the deducted amount.
