After listening to the report on the performance of the school, the members of the Supervisory Delegation reviewed and evaluated the entire performance of the school.
In addition to evaluating the results achieved, members of the Supervisory Delegation also focused on clarifying the limitations, difficulties and inadequacies in the recruitment and vocational training work at the school.
At the meeting, many officers and teachers of the school also discussed and asked questions to the Supervisory Delegation to clarify some contents related to investment in purchasing equipment for vocational training, and policies and benefits for officers and teachers. At the same time, propose and recommend to the Supervisory Delegation to request the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to pay attention to supporting funding for purchasing practice equipment, creating favorable conditions for maintaining and developing vocational training at the school. Propose to consider the regulations on the payroll framework for vocational training institutions of the Trade Union organization.
Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (Head of the Supervisory Delegation) - said that the supervision focuses on enrollment, training organization, exams, tests, supervision, graduation recognition, management of granting vocational education diplomas and certificates; activities of self-inspection, inspection, supervision of compliance with the law on vocational education of vocational education institutions; democratic regulations at the grassroots level; organization of enrollment, joint training, joint training, class placement, opening of additional training locations outside the headquarters; conditions to ensure the organization of vocational education activities after being granted a certificate of registration for vocational education activities by the competent authority (focusing on facilities, equipment; staff; finance; local attention).
Through monitoring, it helps to grasp the operational situation of vocational training institutions, promote units to properly and fully implement regulations and rules, and continuously improve the quality of operations.
