On June 11, Quy Nhon University, Binh Dinh province opened a training course to improve the qualifications of digital transformation and digital skills for cadres, civil servants and public employees (CBCCVC) in 2025.
The course aims to equip students with knowledge of digital transformation and foster basic digital skills, helping students effectively use digital tools for work. At the same time, it contributes to improving the capacity to apply digital technology and artificial intelligence in state management, ensuring information security, and promoting comprehensive digital transformation in agencies, units, and localities.
The training course will take place from June 11 to 24, with a total of 34,675 students participating. Of which, 96 classes are directly for 9,892 civil servants and public employees of Party, State agencies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels and the police force in the province.
In addition, the course also provides online training and development for 247 classes with 24,783 students who are education and health officials. Each training class takes place over 2 days.
The program content was compiled by Quy Nhon University, including 3 main groups: Basic knowledge and skills on digital transformation; basic information security; application of digital technology at work.

Directing at the opening ceremony, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan emphasized that organizing training courses is one of the key tasks in the province's digital transformation roadmap for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030.
Through the classes, civil servants can improve their ability to search for information, handle work in a safe network environment, and proficiently use digital platforms of the government, contributing to building e-government, towards digital government.
"Students must promote a sense of responsibility, study seriously, comply with the timetable, rules and regulations of the course and the training institution. Actively absorb knowledge, proactively exchange difficult and problematic contents with lecturers and complete the final course exercise according to regulations. Through the course, each student needs to effectively apply knowledge to practical work, improving work efficiency", Mr. Tuan requested.
The Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee also suggested that Quy Nhon University proactively prepare facilities, lecturers and learning materials; at the same time, closely coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Science and Technology to implement training courses to ensure the highest quality and efficiency.
