On April 17 in Hanoi, the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order (C06 - Ministry of Public Security) organized a program to launch the " Data for Life" contest season 3 with the "breakthrough Technology Solutions" version.
This year's "Data for Life" contest aims to find creative technology solutions to serve the public interest and promote social development.
Following the success of the previous two seasons, this year's competition has been expanded in scale, improved in quality and flexibly adapted to the digital transformation orientation according to Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.

According to the Organizing Committee, the contest aims to encourage and motivate creative ideas to participate. This includes topics related to digital data mining, artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and Big Data. The goal is to serve the digital government, the digital economy, and build a digital society. Find ideas and products to build and develop into complete technology products.
Colonel Vu Van Tan - Director of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order (C06 - Ministry of Public Security) - emphasized: "In the contest, a person can also create a valuable product. These products are not only applicable in Vietnam. Like last year's season 2, the winning product can be applied in Vietnam and Singapore. Such products can be completely exported internationally. The intelligence of the Vietnamese people from ancient times to the present, through any period, can bring value to life".
According to Colonel Vu Van Tan, data is a new resource, innovation is a method to achieve prosperity and sustainability. With Resolution 57 on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, Director of C06 believes that "Data for Life" season 3 will enjoy a new vitality, bringing highly applicable products and contributing practically to life.
Data for Life season 3 is expected to have the participation of dozens of domestic and foreign teams. The total prize value of the contest is 690 million VND, of which the first prize is 500 million VND.
The contestants include: Vietnamese citizens living in the country and abroad; foreigners with interest and passion in the technology field. The final round of the contest will be held on November 26.
