Remove peripherals
USBs, external hard drives, or connected devices can cause conflicts during boot.
How to do it: Turn off the computer → Remove all USBs, portable hard drives, printers and peripherals → Restart the computer.
Launch into Windows Recovery Environment
If the machine is constantly stopping at the Windows logo, access the Windows recovery environment.
How to do it: Turn on the computer → When the Windows logo appears, press and hold the power button to turn off the computer → Repeat the operation about 3 times → The computer will automatically enter Windows Recovery Environment.
Run Startup Repair
Windows has a tool available to fix Startup Repair errors.
How to do it: In Windows Recovery Environment, select Troubleshoot → Advanced options → Startup Repair → Wait for the system to check and fix the error.
Boot to Safe Mode
Safe Mode helps identify errors caused by drivers or software.
How to do it: In Advanced options, select Startup Settings → Click Restart → Select Safe Mode → Uninstall newly installed software or drivers if errors appear after installation.
Uninstall the latest Windows update
Some updates can cause conflicts and cause the device to freeze on the Windows logo.
How to do it: In Advanced options, select Uninstall Updates → Uninstall the latest quality update or feature update.
System restoration
If the error appears after installing new software or drivers, users can restore the system to the previous time.
How to do it: Select System Restore in Advanced options → Select the nearest recovery point → Follow the instructions.
