On June 28, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province had a plan to implement the "Digital education in Binh Hoa" movement in Khanh Hoa province.
Khanh Hoa province requires localities to organize synchronous and comprehensive implementation from the provincial level to the grassroots level; ensuring that each agency, unit and locality has specific and practical activities in response to the "digital education movement". Cadres, civil servants, and public employees are exemplary, taking the lead in implementing and guiding people to learn and apply digital skills.
According to the plan, in 2025, Khanh Hoa province will have 85% of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in agencies with knowledge of digital transformation, knowledge and digital skills, and the ability to use digital platforms and digital services for work; 85% of workers in enterprises, cooperatives and cooperatives have basic knowledge of digital technology, digital skills, and use smart devices to serve production and business, and improve labor productivity.
By 2026, Khanh Hoa will have 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in agencies with knowledge of digital transformation, knowledge and digital skills, and the ability to use digital platforms and digital services for work; 100% of primary school students will be equipped with digital knowledge and skills to serve their studies, research and creativity, recognize risks, and have skills to ensure safety in the digital environment.
In addition, 100% of workers in enterprises, cooperatives, and cooperatives have knowledge of digital technology, digital skills, and use smart devices well to serve production, business, and improve labor productivity.
To implement the above plan, Khanh Hoa province directed localities to strengthen communication, propaganda, and dissemination of digital transformation knowledge; Organize training, fostering, and popularizing digital skills activities; Incorporate the "Digital Culture Movement" with projects and programs that have been and are being implemented.
