Through the inspection of 5 security service businesses, the authorities discovered many violations related to labor recruitment and use.
Accordingly, 4 facilities have 52 untrained employees and do not have a security guard certificate; 4 facilities have 50 employees with a lack of documents proving that they have graduated from junior high school or higher; 1 facility has 21 employees who do not have recruitment documents according to regulations.
The inspection team has drawn up 4 records of violations at enterprises: Bao An Nha Trang Protection Company Limited; Quyet Tam Professional Protection Company Limited; Thien Hoang Vietnam Protection Service Company Limited (each company has 2 violations); Thien Ung.VN Protection Service Company Limited (there are 3 violations).
The violating documents have been transferred to the competent authorities for handling according to their authority. The total amount of administrative fines is 92.5 million VND.
The acts of being punished include: Using employees who do not ensure working conditions and standards in the business sector with security and order conditions; using security guards who have not been granted professional certificates; dishonest periodic reports according to the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security
The Provincial Police Inspectorate also recommended that the Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police direct a review and clarification of the responsibility of the collective and individuals in charge of the area for violations at inspected facilities.
