At the inspection, Provincial Party Secretary Le Quoc Phong directly logged in and accessed the Congress documents on his tablet. This is an important experimental step to achieve the goal of no paper documents at the Congress.
Accordingly, documents serving the Congress will be integrated on an electronic platform, helping to reduce paper documents; increase security, speed and convenience for delegates.
Technology through camera recognition will also be used to identify the attending delegates, contributing to automating and shortening the organization process.
Dong Thap Provincial Party Secretary Le Quoc Phong requested units to continue reviewing, ensuring a stable, smooth operating system and having a plan to respond to arising situations. At the same time, urgently complete the trial operation on the equipment, ensuring a safe and stable transmission infrastructure throughout the Congress.
The 1st Congress of the Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, will take place for 02 days, from September 30 to October 1, 2025, at the Dong Thap Provincial Convention Center.
