Many works and tasks to celebrate the Dong Thap Provincial Party Congress

Dong Thap Provincial Electronic Information Portal reported that the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Thap Province has launched a peak emulation movement with the theme "30 days towards the Dong Thap Provincial Party Congress".

Since its launch, the Fatherland Front Committee and member organizations at all levels in the province have actively responded, registered for emulation and implemented many practical and effective projects and tasks, in accordance with actual local conditions.

There are 78 projects, 78 tasks have been registered and basically completed, with a total implementation cost of more than 2,000 billion VND, of which, 18 projects, 11 provincial-level tasks and 60 projects, 67 commune-level tasks.

The works and tasks mainly focus on mobilizing people to support and contribute with localities to solve social security issues; preserve environmental landscapes; repair infrastructure to serve the needs of people in residential areas, support the construction of solidarity houses for poor households, contributing to local socio-economic development.

For the People's Committee of Dong Thap province, it has also launched a special emulation movement to achieve achievements to welcome the 1st Dong Thap Provincial Party Congress, towards the 14th National Party Congress and the 1st Dong Thap Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress in 2025.

One of the notable emulation contents is the installation of movement launching signs at a number of key projects such as: Cao Lanh - An Huu Expressway Project, phase 1; National Highway 30 upgrade project, Cao Lanh - Hong Ngu section, Dong Thap province (phase 3); DT.845 Road upgrade project, Truong Xuan - Tan Phuoc section...
