According to new information, this group is considering using its competitor's AI models to upgrade features on its application.
Specifically, leaders at Meta's Super Intelligence Lab have studied the ability to integrate Google Gemini into Meta AI chatbot to improve the search answering experience using text dialogue.
Not stopping there, Meta is also said to have discussed using the OpenAI model to operate Meta AI and AI features in the application ecosystem.
A Meta spokesperson affirmed that the company is pursuing a strategy of combining all resources to create the best AI products, including cooperation with the outside world while developing internal models.
Meta has now let employees use Anthropic's AI model in internal programming assistants. At the same time, the company is still actively recruiting experts from Google and OpenAI, along with attractive packages, to build a key team at the Super Intelligence laboratory.
