Administrative digital transformation is not only synchronous, standardized and interconnected
According to the report, since June 2025, MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation has coordinated with the Hanoi Public Administration Service Center to deploy an administrative procedure settlement information system developed by MobiFone.
The system developed by MobiFone has met the requirements for implementation according to the 2-level local government model, the entire electronic process in receiving and handling administrative procedures throughout Hanoi City as well as requirements for information security and safety.

During the implementation process, MobiFone has organized support for installation and training for 126 communes, wards, 15 departments, and 12 branches of the Hanoi Public Administration Service Center. At the same time, MobiFone has assigned nearly 200 personnel to ensure that each commune and ward has at least 1 person person directly responsible for supporting local staff in operation, solving problems in the use process, maintaining 5 Hotlines and 10 24/7 Meeting channels to support staff throughout the official system deployment period from July 1.

Through inspection, all work has been completed and is ready to go into operation. MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation and the Hanoi Public Administration Service Center are determined that from July 1, 2025, the Administrative Procedure Information System will officially operate safely and smoothly to serve the people, meeting the two-level local government model.
Comprehensively meeting that need, MobiFone - as a national defense and security enterprise, operating in the field of digital technology, under the Ministry of Public Security has quickly and actively accompanied localities and ministries in this turning point transformation process.
For example, in Thai Nguyen, from the beginning of May 2025 to now, the Corporation has implemented 2 key training sessions, from 19-23.5 and 26-28.5, for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers working at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, cadres of departments, branches, especially newly rearranged commune/ward-level administrative units.
MobiFone also actively deploys technical solutions, arranging 24/7 support personnel to 92 communes and wards of Thai Nguyen province. MobiFone Meet online meeting rooms are organized in each area to ensure that all cadres, civil servants and public employees are supported in a timely manner.
