Through this system, people can register for medical examination and pay hospital fees quickly and easily via CCCD, VssID, VneID (level 2) and facial recognition technology.
Information on the patient's chip-embedded ID card and face is stored throughout the registration and medical examination and treatment process.
This system will shorten the waiting time for patients. At the same time, medical staff can proactively receive information, track patient medical history quickly, easily, and conveniently; gradually improving the quality of medical examination and treatment of the health system.
Previously, last May, the People's Committee of Da Nang city approved the Project "Developing smart healthcare in Da Nang city".
The goal is that by 2025, 100% of the city's medical facilities will apply the model of remote medical examination and treatment in many specialties. By 2030, strive for 100% of hospitals to not use paper medical records.
This project aims to build and gradually form a smart disease prevention system, supporting people to easily access medical information to use highly effective medical services and to be protected, cared for, and improve their health continuously and throughout their lives, contributing to building a smart city according to the goals of Da Nang city.
This will contribute to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment, promoting the application of information technology in medical examination and treatment facilities, promoting administrative reform and reducing hospital overload, using electronic medical records towards not using paper medical records, paying hospital fees electronically, and forming smart hospitals.
At the same time, strengthen the application of information technology in health management, deploy electronic office systems, public service portals and electronic one-stop information systems on administrative procedures, promote online public services throughout the process, and build a smart health management system.
