Causes of strange calls
Head damage or collision: The hard drive's head may be damaged or collide with the surface of a magnetic disc, causing strange shouts. This often happens when a hard core falls or hits a hard hit.
Dry or lack of lubricating oil: The drip helps the drive rotate smoothly. If the ring is worn or lacking in oil, the hard edges will make unusual noises.
Damaged or scratched leaves: The leaves from the data store may be damaged or have scratches, causing a complaint when the reader/scribes come into contact with these areas.
Unstable or interrupted power source: Unstable or interrupted power supply to the hardtop can affect the operation of the hardtop, causing noise.
How to deal with a strange crack
instant data backup
When detecting a hard drive with strange calls, back up all your important data to another storage device such as an external hard drive, USB or cloud storage service.
turn off the computer and check the connection
turn off the computer and check the hard drive's connection to the motherboat and power source. Make sure all cables are tightly secured and not broken.
stiff stools and surrounding areas
Use a compress to clean the dirt in the hardtop and surrounding area. Be careful not to open the hard drive lid if you are not experienced, as this can Permanently damage the hard drive.
Check the power source
Make sure that the power supply to the computer is stable and uninterrupted. If necessary, replace the source set to ensure stable operation for the hard drive.
Use hard drive testing software
You can use CrystalDiskInfo or HD Tune software to check if your hard drive is working properly. If the software reports an error or shows that the hard drive is having problems, it is very likely that the hard drive is broken and needs to be replaced soon to avoid data loss.
Replace the hard drive if necessary
If after checking and implementing the above measures, the hard drive still makes a strange complaint, it is possible that the hard drive is broken and needs to be replaced. Note that hard drive replacement needs to be done by a professional technician to ensure safety and efficiency.
Note
Don't try to open the hard drive lid if you don't have experience, as this can lose data and damage the hard drive permanently.
If the hard drive is still under warranty, please contact the manufacturer or buyer for replacement or repair support.
To avoid hard dricks that make strange calls in the future, use hard dricks in dry, cool environments and avoid strong crashes.
