According to current regulations, subscribers who have not confirmed their status on VNeID until June 15, 2026 may have their departure service temporarily suspended. However, not all subscribers are at the same risk of being affected. Some user groups almost do not need to worry if they have completed the necessary confirmation steps.
Users can rest assured if they belong to one of the groups below:
Full subscribers on VNeID have been confirmed
The first group with the least risk of being affected are those who have accessed VNeID and completed status verification for phone numbers in their name.
When all subscribers have been confirmed, users will no longer be in the waiting group for confirmation on the system.
Only the phone numbers are still in use
Another case is that the user reviewed the subscriber list on VNeID and confirmed that all the numbers displayed were actual subscribers.
This means that there are no longer strange phone numbers or unidentified subscribers who need to be further processed.
Not accepting review requests from network operators
In the past time, telecommunications businesses have sent notices to many subscribers who need confirmation or information updates.
If they do not receive these requests and still use the service normally, users are less likely to be in the group that needs urgent handling before June 15.
Subscriber information is complete and stable
Subscribers who have registered their own owner, complete personal information and do not require updates from network operators are also the least likely group to be affected.
However, users should still check on VNeID to ensure that there are no more subscribers who have not been confirmed status before the June 15th milestone.
