
The forum is within the framework of the partner summit for green growth and global goal 2030 (P4G 2025), with the participation of more than 300 delegates who are leaders of ministries, branches, international organizations, businesses, investors, domestic and international experts.
This event is chaired by the Ministry of Science and Technology (Science and Technology) to create an open dialogue forum between management agencies, private sector and support organizations. Since then, together building an innovative start -up ecosystem to serve the goal of green conversion and sustainable development in Vietnam.
Speaking at the opening of the Forum, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Hoang Minh said that in Vietnam, the Party and the State soon determined that the green growth was a core development strategy.

"The set strategic orientations, guidelines and policies are creating a favorable foundation to promote a wave of creative start -up in the fields of green technology, renewable energy, circulating economy and solutions to reduce emissions" - Mr. Minh emphasized.
Deputy Minister of Science and Technology also said: "Green conversion is no longer an option but an indispensable requirement. In order to realize the goal of Net Zero by 2050, Vietnam needs to continue to promote innovation, mobilize investment resources, and create a favorable environment for creative start -ups to develop sustainably."
Within the framework of the program, the delegates were listened to many presentations from leading experts and international organizations.

Speaking to conclude the forum, Mr. Pham Hong Quat - Director of Startup and Technology Enterprises (Ministry of Science and Technology) affirmed: "We are committed to continuing to be the bridge between the entities in the ecosystem, accompanying policy makers, businesses and international partners to realize sustainable development initiatives through green innovation."
According to the Ministry of Science and Technology, this forum has contributed to shaping policy priorities, promoting public -private cooperation, creating new motivation for green startup initiatives in Vietnam in the comprehensive transition towards net emissions of zero.
