The Summit of the Partner Forum for Green Growth and Global Target 2030 (P4G) The 4th time hosted by Vietnam took place in Hanoi from 14-17.4.2025.

Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister, and Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son said that in the context of sustainable development and green conversion is an inevitable trend, a strategic choice of countries, the P4G Summit is an opportunity for Vietnam to affirm strong commitments in implementing the sustainable development goals of the United Nations, as well as determination to the international community to promote the national and sustainable region of the country.

The organization of the Conference also aims to concretize the guidelines and views of the Party and the State of Vietnam on foreign affairs, deepen the relationship between Vietnam and partners, enhance the position and role of Vietnam at multilateral mechanisms, thereby enlist international resources for development, especially in anti -climate change, green conversion, digital conversion, technological science and innovation.

In addition, in the context of Vietnam is entering the new era, the era of the nation's stretching, this is also an opportunity for us to affirm the right way of the Party and the Vietnamese State in sustainable development, "do not sacrifice progress, social justice and the environment to run purely economic growth"; Green growth must contribute to restructuring the economy associated with innovation of growth model, in order to achieve economic prosperity, environmental sustainability and social justice.

Through the organization of this conference, we want to convey to the international community the message of a determined Vietnam, efforts to change the growth model, promote fast, sustainable development, achievements, strong economic development potential as well as the unique cultural values ​​of the country, the spirit of hospitality, friendliness and steady bravery of the Vietnamese people.

It is expected that about 600 international delegates from more than 40 countries and international organizations include P4G member countries and partners, guests, investment funds, research institutes, scholars, businesses, diplomacy to attend in direct and online forms.

The theme of the conference is "Sustainable green conversion, human-centered", which focuses on discussing and sharing experiences about policies to promote public-private partnerships, attract investment, maximize resources for green conversion, promote technology application and innovate to increase the efficiency of resources, reduce emissions, convert energy in a sustainable manner, prepare human resources for human economy.

The conference is expected to approve the statement of Hanoi that strongly affirmed the commitments on green and sustainable growth, taking people as a center, determined to coordinate with responsible actions to cope with global challenges today.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son believed that the success of this conference would bring value to all stakeholders, helping the international community to find more effective solutions to global challenges, achieve the actual results in the implementation of sustainable development goals.
