According to Decision 80/QD-BKHCN on additional administrative procedures in the field of science and technology under the management of the Ministry of Science and Technology, effective from January 21, 2025. This Decision amends and supplements 15 procedures, including:
- Register to conduct basic research projects funded by the National Science and Technology Development Fund.
- Register to implement an extraordinary topic of important scientific and practical significance sponsored by the National Science and Technology Development Fund.
- Register for potential science and technology tasks funded by the National Science and Technology Development Fund.
- Register to attend and report research results at international scientific conferences and seminars supported by the National Science and Technology Development Fund.
- Postgraduate doctoral registration in Vietnam supported by the National Science and Technology Development Fund.
- Register for a short-term internship or research abroad supported by the National Science and Technology Development Fund.
- Register to organize a specialized international scientific conference in Vietnam supported by the National Science and Technology Development Fund.
- Register to announce domestic and international scientific and technological works supported by the National Science and Technology Development Fund.
- Register to improve the quality and standards of domestic science and technology journals supported by the National Science and Technology Development Fund.
- Register domestic and foreign intellectual property protection for patents and plant varieties supported by the National Science and Technology Development Fund.
- Register to support talented young scientists to use national key laboratories and other laboratories supported by the National Science and Technology Development Fund.
- Register to conduct applied research projects funded by the National Science and Technology Development Fund.
- Adjust during the implementation of the applied research topic funded by the National Science and Technology Development Fund.
- Proposal to terminate the contract during the implementation of the applied research topic funded by the National Science and Technology Development Fund (in case the organization chairs the topic proposing to terminate the contract).
