Threads Hits 35 Million New Users in November

TRÍ MINH (THEO phonearena) |

Social networking app Threads just announced that it saw strong growth in new users in November.

The app has recorded 35 million sign-ups in just one month. In particular, Threads has consistently received more than a million sign-ups per day over the past three months.

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg recently told investors that the app now has more than 275 million monthly active users.

At launch, Threads attracted 20 million users in just one day, a remarkable achievement in the competitive social media market.

As part of Meta, the platform leverages the power of Facebook and Instagram to reach new users through direct promotional posts on the two major social media platforms.

Threads recently introduced a custom feed feature, allowing users to change the default feed. This is one of the moves to retain users and compete with other platforms, especially X and Bluesky, which are also constantly improving to meet the needs of users.

Having many competing platforms is also a factor that drives innovation and growth of social networking applications.

This not only creates creativity in features but also gives users more choices, thereby improving the experience of using social networks in the future.
