Promoting cooperation in AI research and green technology at Hue University

HUE - The national scientific conference gathered a large number of experts, scientists and businesses, expanding research and training cooperation in the fields of AI.

On December 5-6, at Hue University, the National Scientific Conference "Artificial Intelligence, Green Technology and Sustainable Development 2025" (AIGTS2025) was held by the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, attracting nearly 500 scientists, experts, lecturers, students and businesses to attend.

In his opening speech, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Quang Lich - Head of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology (Hue University) emphasized that the combination of AI and green technology will be the key for Vietnam to aim for the goal of green - smart - modern - sustainable development.

The workshop focused on sharing new research results in the fields of AI, green technology, materials and sustainable development solutions. This year's festival selects 44 typical works belonging to 3 subcommittees. The space to display technology products of businesses and research groups has also been arranged to increase opportunities for connection, cooperation and transfer.

AIG post-2025 is considered a highlight in the strategy to enhance the research and training capacity of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology in key areas.

Immediately after the workshop, the unit organized the Conference on Connecting Enterprises and Scientists 2025, gathering representatives of enterprises in many fields to exchange human resource needs, research cooperation and the "Schools - Enterprises" model.

Here, the Faculty of Engineering and Technology signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation with four enterprises: Aureole Information Technology, Billion Max Vietnam, SGI Vina and GEM Study Abroad Consulting - Trading Company Limited; continued to expand the network of more than 100 enterprises that have accompanied the unit since 2019.
