Ho Chi Minh City with the imprint from the Center for Creative Startups

SIHUB was born in the context of the City identifying science, technology and innovation as one of the key drivers for socio-economic growth in the new period.

SIHUB is invested and built with a capital of more than 320 billion VND from the budget, inaugurated on August 24, 2025, located in a campus of nearly 17,000 m2, designed in an open and flexible direction, meeting the needs of many groups of subjects in the startup ecosystem.

SIHUB is built on the basis of research and reference to the operating experience of leading innovation centers in the world such as Block71 (Singapore), Station F (France) or Sydney Startup Hub (Australia). However, the Center always focuses on suitability with the conditions and characteristics of Ho Chi Minh City. From there, SIHUB shapes the "connection center" model, combining physical workspace and technology infrastructure, aiming to link innovation activities with digital transformation, digital economy development and smart cities.

Although it has only been operating for a short time, in 2025, SIHUB implemented more than 100 events and training courses for startups, small and medium-sized enterprises, lecturers, students and organizations in the ecosystem. 589 startup projects and ideas have been received and accompanied through incubation programs, selection, competitions and support activities.

In international cooperation, SIHUB constantly expands its network of partners and strengthens cooperation in regional and global innovation programs. In 2025, SIHUB cooperated with Korean partners to organize Mega Us Expo 2025, gathering more than 200 startups and small and medium-sized enterprises from many countries, attracting about 9,000 visitors and 2,000 connection sessions. The event creates an important bridge for trade promotion, investment cooperation and market expansion of Ho Chi Minh City startups.

In parallel with professional activities, SIHUB also actively spreads the spirit of creativity in the community, especially aimed at young people, students and young intellectuals. In 2025, the Center organized and coordinated the organization of 18 ecosystem connection events such as Founder Meetup, Investor Meetup, thematic seminars... attracting 1,290 participants, creating a forum to share experiences, exchange and expand cooperation networks.

Startup fairs, innovation days and specialized forums organized by SIHUB with 4,500 participants and more than 240 booths introducing products. This is not only a playground for startups to introduce projects and connect investment, but also a platform to connect ideas, contributing to perfecting business models and spreading the spirit of creative startups in the community.

Entering a new development phase, SIHUB focuses on core technology fields, advanced technology with high added value, in line with the direction of knowledge economy development of Ho Chi Minh City.
