Chayote
Chayote is a low-calorie, high-fiber vegetable rich in vitamin C and potassium. It can promote intestinal motility, help clear toxins from the body and regulate the body's acid-base balance.
Ingredients: 1 chayote, a moderate amount of black fungus, 2 eggs, a moderate amount of salt and light soy sauce.
Directions: Peel and slice chayote, soak wood ear mushrooms first. Add chayote and wood ear mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add salt and light soy sauce, finally add eggs and stir-fry well.
Kelp
