1. Avocado turmeric smoothie
Ingredient:
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
Method:
- Mix all ingredients until smooth and serve cold.
2. Avocado chickpea salad
Ingredient:
- 1 avocado (mashed)
-1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1 small onion (minced)
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Mix all ingredients well and enjoy.
3. Butter Spinach Soup
Ingredient:
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Mix all ingredients well, heat for 5 minutes and enjoy.
4. Garlic butter toast
Ingredient:
- 1 avocado (mashed)
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 clove of garlic (brush on grilled bread)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Chili powder and sesame seeds
Method:
- Spread butter on grilled garlic bread
- Add olive oil with chili powder and sesame and enjoy.
5. Almond Butter Energy Bar
Ingredient:
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Method:
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Roll into marbles.
- Refrigerate for an hour and enjoy.
6. Chia seed avocado pudding
Ingredient:
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Method:
- Mix all ingredients well
- Leave in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy.
