However, you should exercise in the early morning or late afternoon to avoid dehydration and heat shock due to excessive outdoor temperatures.

In addition, it is necessary to maintain a healthy lifestyle by getting enough sleep, limiting alcohol, not smoking, and having regular health check-ups. For those who are being treated for high blood fat, following the doctor's instructions and using medication as prescribed is an important factor for long-term effectiveness.

In short, hot weather is both a challenge and an opportunity for everyone to adjust their living habits in a more positive direction.
