At the 2025 year-end conference and the 2026 work implementation plan of the Hanoi Supporting Industry Business Association (HANSIBA) held on December 5, reports affirmed that since the beginning of the year, HANSIBA has continuously organized seminars, training courses, investment promotion activities, focusing on expanding the connection between Vietnamese enterprises and international industrial enterprises. Some member enterprises such as An Mi, Indema,oc Viet Brother, Bach Lien MRO... have signed "international transaction" cooperation agreements and participated in the AS9100 certification consulting and training program - aerospace aviation standard, paving the way for Vietnamese enterprises to access component markets with high technical requirements.
Along with that, HANSIBA coordinates with many departments, branches and international organizations to organize a series of fairs, exhibitions, and promotional programs to bring products of member businesses closer to customers and partners. The Association also regularly grasps the production and business activities of enterprises to promptly reflect to management agencies and recommend policies to support recovery.
During the year, leaders and businesses of HANSIBA member countries attended many important events: Conference on deploying tasks of the Hanoi Industry and Trade sector; program to visit and give gifts to policy families during Tet; " Job Fair" at UNETI; series of activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of national reunification; Forum " Press accompanying businesses for sustainable development"; programs to celebrate the 90th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press...
Notably, HANSIBA, N&G Group and its Japanese partner have implemented the Technopark Japan Complex in the Southern Hanoi Support Industrial Park (HANSSIP). Three factories have been completed, one has been put into operation and is assessed by the Embassy of Japan as a symbol of Vietnam - Japan cooperation in the field of supporting industries. This is considered an important step forward for Vietnamese enterprises to participate in the production chain of large corporations such as Boeing.
At the same time, the Association maintains the program "HANSIBA accompanies and connects", inviting domestic and foreign partners to visit member factories, contributing to increasing cooperation opportunities and technology transfer.
Aiming to build 1,000 enterprises in the supporting industry and high technology sector
Entering 2026, HANSIBA determined the action direction to closely follow the resolutions of the Central and Government on breakthroughs in science and technology, development of the private economy and promoting supporting industries. The goal by 2030 is to build a force of 1,000 member enterprises operating directly in the supporting industry and high technology.
The Association also focuses on strengthening the "quality" of enterprises, supporting members with sufficient capacity to supply to multinational corporations, especially in the mechanical engineering of aerospace, automobiles, electrical - electronics and defense industry. HANSIBA will expand input-output connection programs, cooperate with FDI enterprises in industrial parks such as HANSSIP, Phu Yen, Tay Ninh... along with support for access to preferential loan packages from VDB, Hanoi Development Investment Fund and commercial banks.
Training high-tech human resources, supporting machinery import and export, and consulting on global production certificates are also key tasks to bring Vietnamese enterprises deep into the international value chain. HANSIBA will continue to accompany the development of new stages of HANSSIP Industrial Park - where members have great demand for production facilities.
The Association plans to develop a "Inner-bloc Transaction" regulations with preferential mechanisms for participating enterprises; expand cooperation with universities and colleges to train according to orders; support the formation of startups in the supporting industry sector; and regularly recommend the State to soon promulgate the Law on Supporting Industries to suit production practices.
Following the direction of the Hanoi Party Committee on the target of industrial growth of 9.5% and economic growth of the capital of 11% in 2026, HANSIBA affirmed that it will continue to accompany and strongly spread the spirit of cooperation - innovation - sustainable development. The Association focuses on developing member businesses in both quantity and quality, contributing to the common goal of the city in the "era of national growth".
