Notable among them is the electric motorbike development plan in Vietnam.

After a long period of research, testing and production, HVN is proud to launch the first electric vehicle model called ICON e: - a friendly, safe and reliable electric motorbike line for high school students - the next generation will carry the mission of facing the challenges of climate change and the goal of carbon neutrality.

First launched at the Vietnam Automobile & Motorcycle Exhibition 2024, ICON e: quickly attracted the attention of many parents and students thanks to its youthful, modern and high-end design, along with a series of outstanding safety features. The vehicle is equipped with an IP67 anti-flammable, anti-lock braking Lithium-ion battery, easy to disassemble and flexibly charge directly on the vehicle or separately.

The advanced CBS-ombined braking system helps shorten the braking distance and increase safety, along with a high-end LED lighting system that increases lighting, providing maximum peace of mind when moving.

The vehicle also has a spacious trunk with a capacity of 26 liters, two convenient front holes and an integrated type A USB charging port - all designed to bring a comfortable and convenient experience to dynamic young users.

Precise, strict production process - Modern green technology

ICON e: is not only an advanced product but also a testament to the great step forward in HVN's production technology. The entire production process, from the input stage to the final assembly, is strictly controlled to ensure that each detail reaches the highest accuracy and consistency.

The modern welding and painting robot system and spare parts transportation robot (AMR) help optimize the process, shorten production time and minimize manual errors.

In particular, Nut Runner technology ensures accurate tightening of connections, combined with a modern camera system and inspection screen to help detect errors quickly, ensuring the vehicle reaches the highest quality before leaving the factory.

For the battery - the heart of an electric vehicle - will be stored in a specialized warehouse to maintain optimal durability and performance.

Each completed vehicle must go through a strict inspection process according to Honda's standards and Vietnam Law, including a trial run on a specialized road, to ensure the product is safe and operates perfectly when it reaches customers.

Contributing to that success is a team of experienced and dedicated technicians, who are always striving to bring the highest quality, safest and most durable products.
