Users are increasingly interested in electric motorbikes
Previously, electric motorbikes mainly served students or were the second means of transportation in the family. However, the current trend is changing rapidly. Many people working have chosen electric motorbikes as their main means of transport thanks to their low operating costs and environmental friendliness.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan (32 years old, office worker in Hanoi) shared: Before, I used to use a gasoline motorbike but the cost of filling up with gas per month was quite high. Therefore, I started to learn about electric motorbikes and decided to switch to using them because they are much more economical.
In addition, Mr. Tuan also highly appreciated the designs of current electric vehicle models: Previously, electric motorbikes often had simple designs, even many models stealing the styles of cars already on the market. But now, electric motorbike models, especially VinFast, have meticulous investment, modern, luxurious design and are suitable for many customers, said Mr. Tuan.
In addition to cost and design, environmental factors are also one of the reasons why many people consider. Ms. Pham Thanh Huong (29 years old, a teacher in Hanoi) said: I chose an electric motorbike because I wanted to contribute to reducing air pollution. In addition, the car runs more smoothly, without noise, so moving in the city feels more comfortable."
Mr. Trinh Quoc Hieu - owner of VinFast Huy Hieu electric motorbike chain of stores shared: "On average, we sell about 1,500 vehicles per month, showing that market demand is growing strongly".
Not only VinFast, many dealers of other automakers also recorded positive sales growth, especially when brands compete more strongly in improving after-sales products and services. This shows that consumers are increasingly confident in the quality of electric motorbikes as well as the accompanying support ecosystem.
Enterprises optimize customer benefits, electric vehicles are increasingly accessible
According to the assessment, users are prioritizing choosing electric motorbikes because of the flexible policies from manufacturers, helping users have more opportunities to access green vehicles.
For example, in order to reduce the initial financial burden, VinFast has pioneered the application of a flexible battery rental policy, allowing customers to choose between many packages suitable for actual travel needs. Instead of having to pay a large initial amount, users can rent the battery monthly, significantly reducing the cost of owning an electric motorbike. In addition, Vietnam's No. 1 automaker has also continuously introduced preferential policies as well as optimized user rights.
In addition, this unit also focuses on expanding charging infrastructure and upgrading after-sales services. The company's charging station system has covered many major provinces and cities, making it easier for users to access. Building a charging station and maintenance service system is becoming an important strategy to help businesses compete in the electric motorbike race in Vietnam.
With the trend of choosing environmentally friendly means of transportation and the appearance of large enterprises, electric vehicles in general and electric motorbikes in particular are gradually becoming the main trend, helping users "take wallets, green the environment" and aiming for a sustainable transportation future.
