AEON Group identifies Vietnam as a key strategic market alongside Japan, aiming to trip the scale by 2030.
In 2025 alone, AEON Vietnam plans to continuously open 03 comprehensive processing centers and supermarkets, 01 shopping center with many supermarkets and specialized stores. Accordingly, the company will recruit nearly 1,300 new employees (both full-time and part-time) nationwide, expanding development opportunities for both external candidates and internal employees.
As of July 2025, AEON Vietnam has 226 employees who have worked for over 10 years, demonstrating a stable working environment and sustainable development opportunities.

Diversifying the system, creating a sustainable working environment
The victory in the D.E.I category once again affirms the initiatives and tireless efforts of AEON Vietnam in promoting a diverse, inclusive and prosperous working environment.
As of May 2025, the human resources structure at AEON Vietnam clearly reflects the characteristics of a multi-generational working environment, with Generation Y accounting for 50% of the total number of employees, Generation Z accounting for 46% and Generation X accounting for only 4%.
Of which, nearly 200 generation Y employees take on management positions. This young human resource helps AEON deeply understand customers and effectively serve target customers, especially young families.
To meet the increasing demand from workers, AEON Vietnam has made updates in its human resource policy, including: restructuring treatment and benefits, integrating a culture of coaching in the entire working environment, and building a flexible career path, meeting diverse goals and development desires of employees.
In 2025, the enterprise will implement new welfare policies including: increasing annual leave days, increasing the number of monthly leave days for full-time employees at level G2 of the operating block, and increasing the housing allowance for employees at level G1. These adjustments reflect the company's closeness in meeting the needs of human life, ensuring a practical and sustainable policy.
