Agribank fully, promptly, creatively and in depth implements patriotic emulation movements
Agribank's emulation and commendation work always follows the regulations, goals and orientations of the industry. Agribank has fully, timely, creative and depth of patriotic emulation movements launched by the SBV and ministries and branches, and at the same time implementing the preliminary and summarizing the movements associated with the timely commendation of collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements. In particular, a number of emulation movements in the period of 2021–2025 have made a deep impression on Agribank's contribution, creating extensive spread, having a positive impact on Agribank's business activities and the country's socio -economic development in the new situation.
Agribank proactively and actively implements the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas" in the period of 2021-2025. The national target program on new rural construction is identified by Agribank as one of the key policy credit programs. This policy program has been been actively implemented with a commitment to prioritize large capital sources in implementing socio-economic development goals, building new rural areas, sustainable poverty reduction and ensuring social security.
Determined to accompany the political system to implement the National Target Program for the period of 2021–2025, Agribank is the only bank covering capital to 100% of Ban commune in the country. In which, over 50% of new rural construction loans to invest in production, processing and trading of agricultural, forestry and fishery sectors help improve the value of key agricultural products; nearly 35% of investment capital for commercial services; Over 15% of investment capital for construction of rural infrastructure. Along with 7 policy credit programs and two national target programs on new rural construction and sustainable poverty reduction, Agribank has spent over 65% of the total outstanding loans of the "Tam Nong" development investment economy. In addition, Agribank also proactively researched and implemented many effective ways for people to access bank capital through the signing of cooperation agreement with the Central Farmers Association, Women's Union, Central Rural Coordination Office; developing over 69,000 loan groups; Through mobile car transactions specialized in bringing capital and utility banking services to serve people, especially agricultural, remote and remote areas, helping people access credit sources, invest in production and business.
Through the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas" in the period of 2021-2025, Agribank has awarded Certificates of Merit to 102 collectives and 104 individuals with outstanding achievements; submitted to the Governor of the State Bank to award Certificates of Merit to 07 collectives and 09 individuals with outstanding achievements.
Especially, in the period of 2020–2024, Agribank has actively and actively implemented the emulation movement "The whole country united, joined forces and unanimously emulation to prevent, combat and victory of Covid - 19" pandemic. Although operating in the context of the general difficulty of the economy affected by the translation of Covid-19, in the period of 2020–2023, Agribank focused on directing, thoroughly grasping and implementing documents of the State Bank related to the emulation movement; With many synchronous and effective solutions, Agribank has fulfilled the political tasks, the role of the leading commercial banks in Vietnam, the key in investing in agricultural development, farmers and rural areas, and also synchronously implementing many solutions to support and remove difficulties for customers affected by COVID-19 epidemic such as restructuring debt repayment, reduction of interest, fees and new loans.
In order to improve the quality, attract customers to use electronic banking products and services in the context of complicated CIVI-19 translation, Agribank has implemented many solutions such as focusing on developing SPDVs on modern technology platforms, in accordance with the trend of electronic payment. In particular, Agribank pioneered the implementation of the policy of exemption and reduction of domestic money transfer fee with customers to open accounts at Agribank on all channels of transactions, developing customers to open payment accounts, using Agribank's services. Promoting the responsibilities of the enterprise with the community, Agribank always performs well the social security, joining hands with the community to repel the disease through supporting money and artifacts for localities, head hospitals, epidemic prevention forces with a total support amount of nearly VND 600 billion. For the emulation movement in the prevention of CIVI-19 epidemics at Agribank, there were 04 branches awarded the Certificate of Merit from the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, Agribank was awarded the Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister.
For the poor - No one is left behind
Regarding the emulation movement "For the poor - not to let anyone be left behind" in the period of 2021–2025, Agribank has promoted the pioneering role in the implementation of security, responsibility to society and the community, always paying attention to social activities, charitable activities in the field of education, health, building gratitude houses, solidarity houses, health stations, rural roads ... Social security across localities across the country, including funding for the construction of gratitude houses, houses for the poor, the great unity house is over VND 690,000 billion, the funding for educational activities is over VND 680,000 billion, health of over VND 390,000 billion. Over the years, Agribank has been honored to receive typical business awards for the community. Since 2022, Agribank has awarded certificates of merit to 108 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the system, and submitted to the Governor of the State Bank awarded certificates of merit to 11 collectives and 09 individuals with outstanding achievements in this emulation movement.

From the comprehensive emulation movement with annual themes to specialized and surprise emulation races... all aim to create real value, arouse and maximize the potential, intelligence and creativity of the collective and each individual in the system.
Every year, Agribank launches emulation movements with clear themes and specific motto, associated with the system's key goals. The practical emulation contents have created a continuous source, spreading widely to each unit and each cadre. Movements such as: "Excellently completing annual business tasks", "Promoting professional innovation initiatives", "Building and developing brands", "racing to implement office culture", "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas", "For the poor - No one is left behind" ... all contribute to creating a positive working environment, promoting productivity, recognizing and honoring outstanding individuals and groups in a timely manner.
From 2020 to 2024, Agribank is honored to receive 31 Labor Medals, 17 Emulation Flags, and 55 Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister. In 2023, Agribank was awarded the First Class Labor Medal - recognizing outstanding contributions to the agricultural sector and the banking industry. Over 28,200 collectives and individuals in the system received noble emulation awards from the industry and the State.
Emulation and reward at Agribank has become an effective tool in governance and operation, a great driving force for the system to constantly strive, excellently complete its tasks, maintain its position as the leading bank to invest in "Tam Nong", making an important contribution to stabilizing and developing the country's economy.
