Bang Kieu, Hong Nhung
During a duet with Bui Cong Nam, Hong Nhung introduced to her junior that "my uncle is also participating in Anh trai vu ngan cong gai".
Hong Nhung calls singer Bang Kieu uncle. Bang Kieu also revealed that he is Hong Nhung's uncle: "Bang Kieu's father is the younger brother of Hong Nhung's grandfather, but Bong became famous before me, so sometimes I have to call her sister."
Hong Nhung and Bang Kieu are closely attached to each other in both life and music. In their combined stages, they harmonize well and both have successful careers.
Tung Duong, Tang Duy Tan
Tang Duy Tan once revealed that he is the cousin of singer Tung Duong. When he was in high school, when Tung Duong went back to his hometown, Tang Duy Tan asked Tung Duong to let him study music, but his cousin did not allow it because the profession was very hard.
Later, because of his passion for music, Tang Duy Tan applied to be Tung Duong's assistant when he became a student. "During the time I worked as his assistant in the Central region, every time after a show, we would go out to eat and return to the hotel, that was the time Tung Duong taught me the skills he had."
Lam Truong and Minh Thu, Tieu Chau Nhu Quynh
Singer Lam Truong has two famous nieces, Minh Thu and Tieu Chau Nhu Quynh. Minh Thu calls Lam Truong "uncle" and Nhu Quynh calls Lam Truong "uncle".
Minh Thu became known to the audience after participating in Sao Mai Diem Hen and reaching the top 5. Minh Thu has a unique rock voice and is able to compose. She is the author of the movie soundtrack "Bong dang muon khoc".
Minh Thu said that when she was in middle school, Lam Truong started to get a lot of attention, so she felt very proud and often showed off to her friends in class.
When she went to high school, Minh Thu bought a recording device to sing and sent it to Lam Truong to listen to. The male singer discovered that his niece had a talent for music and invited Minh Thu to sing backing vocals.
Lam Truong has another niece, singer Tieu Chau Nhu Quynh. Tieu Chau Nhu Quynh became famous after the Voice of Vietnam 2012 contest. With her powerful voice and delicate way of handling songs, Tieu Chau Nhu Quynh was considered a phenomenon of the first season.
Erik, Yanbi
Singer Yanbi is Erik's cousin. Few audiences knew this until Yanbi revealed it. In an interview, Yanbi said Erik was his relative and that he had witnessed Erik growing up.
When Erik had hits in his career, Yanbi felt happy and proud. As a musician, he understood the difficulties of this job.
Yanbi's real name is To Minh Vu, once considered a "phenomenon" of the Vietnamese music industry in 2009 - 2012, known to many generations of 8x, 9x with the hit "Thu cuoi" in collaboration with Mr.T and Hang BingBoong.
